Our boxing class aims to build a solid foundation in the fundamental skills such as punching, movement and pad work while systematically progressing through to more advanced techniques such as slipping and weaving. Boxing is a great way to increase your physical fitness while learning new skills. (Lose weight, increase strength, fitness, endurance and engage your core and mind in one of our most popular classes at PPTC.)
