Learn how to Kickbox with our experienced coaches at PPTC. Our Kickboxing class aims to build a solid foundation in the fundamental skills such as punching, kicking and pad work while systematically progressing through to more advanced techniques.

Kickboxing is a great way to increase your physical fitness while learning new skills. (Lose weight, increase strength, fitness, endurance and engage your core and mind in one of our most popular classes at PPTC.)


$15 casual sessions
